The Nihango Kentei (Japanese Language Proficiency Test), commonly known as NAT, is a standardized test designed to evaluate the Japanese Language proficiency of Non-native speakers. It assesses the test-taker’s ability to understand and use Japanese in various contexts, including everyday communication, reading, listening and writing.
